Job Security. Job Satisfaction - Best Assignments & Technologies in PLM Domain. Better Work Life Balance. Employee friendly policies

Cons

Worst Managers, they don't even know how to execute a project , how to talk to client , email etiquette etc. A lot of favoritism in Performance review based on region. Some Managers are keen to hire only from the Institutions from they passed out, don't know they might be getting some benefits for doing so.

Pros

Very relaxed work environment. Appraisals are based only on how you perform. Proper tools are provided for the work. Good company for a beginner

Cons

Pay scale not as high as expected by someone from a reputed college. Progress is slow. Canteen food is not good and is not subsidized.
