Cons

Limited on site opportunities People in middle and higher management dont leave the organization so career growth stagnant after few years Limited opportunities to learn new things you will be working on same product for years

Pros

Very relaxed work environment. Appraisals are based only on how you perform. Proper tools are provided for the work. Good company for a beginner

Cons

Pay scale not as high as expected by someone from a reputed college. Progress is slow. Canteen food is not good and is not subsidized.
