Pros

- FLEXIBLE TIMINGS :p - Moderate workload. - Decent hikes (acc. to what i have heard ;) ) - Stability (being related to Dassault) - Nice people, good culture. - Lots and lots of extra- curricular activities.

Cons

- Mechanical people getting into software, making their options limited. - No exposure to different technologies. - Not a lot of pressure for deliveries (kind of good too sometimes :p) - Feeling of being inferior to DS counterparts. - Less pretty girls :p - Many just passing their time with CHALTA HAI attitude.

Pros

Very relaxed work environment. Appraisals are based only on how you perform. Proper tools are provided for the work. Good company for a beginner

Cons

Pay scale not as high as expected by someone from a reputed college. Progress is slow. Canteen food is not good and is not subsidized.
