- Good working culture - No politics - Good prospects for long term career - Good work life balance

Cons

- Very less salaries compared to competitors - Flat organization. Need to wait at least for 3-4 years for promotions. - Salary hikes are like government offices. Not based on performance at all. - No recognition for hard working people. - No onsite.

Pros

Very relaxed work environment. Appraisals are based only on how you perform. Proper tools are provided for the work. Good company for a beginner

Cons

Pay scale not as high as expected by someone from a reputed college. Progress is slow. Canteen food is not good and is not subsidized.
