Pros

No Extra Hours, No expectation of any work , until you complete your training and learn the complete Architecture, which take around 6 months - 1 yr time. office is cool place to hangout. If you don't want any tension in life, and just want normal flow of salary in your account,go and join this company.No work pressure.

Cons

There is no good Development Stuff. Most of the work is in maintenance mode, You will learn only company specific Process. 3 months Notice period really sucks.

Pros

Very relaxed work environment. Appraisals are based only on how you perform. Proper tools are provided for the work. Good company for a beginner

Cons

Pay scale not as high as expected by someone from a reputed college. Progress is slow. Canteen food is not good and is not subsidized.
