Select employees, Gym, time off at end of the year, 3form trying to provide a fun working environment with sodas, fruits, etc...
Cons
CCO and overall business dealings are sub par and product is beyond expensive. Focus is to provide a better form of attention to customers and to be transparent however CCO and other management don't seem to have a real direction on how to perform this and seem lost. CCO and upper management don't seem to value employee input and when talking to them eye contact and attention wanders in other directions and is completely unprofessional. Training is not worth mentioning as there is none, hours and weekends are constant, when interviewed was asked many times how I would handle the possibility of letting down customers by not hitting deadlines and deliverables and once hired understood why. Overall seeking a much more promising form of employment.
