      Pros

      I learned a lot and parts of it were really quite interesting as well as inspirational.

      Cons

      Micro management to the extreme, very poor work like balance, cut throat and stressful.. long hours and quite often, weekends due to poor support. So happy to not be there anymore. all the money in the world is not worth the stress.

      Pros

      The culture is built by its people. They are what make the company a nice place to work at. The product is interesting and the industry allows room for growth. The month celebrations and holidays are nice too.

      Cons

      Unless you've got an insane amount of value to the company, they will not work to keep you there. The pay is minimal and they don't hand out raises easily. They will drop and replace you with someone cheaper if they think it's necessary, or refuse to give a promotion to avoid paying an increased wage.
