Pros
3form does try to promote a positive internal culture. There are a lot of perks working at the corporate office and the company in general. There was a good rough patch for a few years with a very stagnant environment but fresh blood was brought in with new management and some real changes are taking place.
Cons
There are still hurdles to accept change from some of the long-term employees. It's far less than it used to be though.
