Fun coworkers, potential to be leader in resin however currently random focus on products, incentative trips if you make goal.
Cons
Culture of bullying and evident favorites, over the top micromanaging, rogue leadership, long hours, lack of urgency and support from team to customers, lack of interest in employee retention typically a 3 year turn over, managment shoots from the hip, product is too expensive constantatly VE'ed for compitition.
