Pros

Great benefits! Gym, personal trainers, medical clinic, fun activities throughout the year. Great people. Fun/relaxed work environment.

Cons

We are always short handed in client services, so you always feel like you are doing at least 2 jobs. No matter how hard you work or what you take on you will rarely get more than a 2-3% raise, which doesn't even cover the cost of living.

The culture is built by its people. They are what make the company a nice place to work at. The product is interesting and the industry allows room for growth. The month celebrations and holidays are nice too.

Cons

Unless you've got an insane amount of value to the company, they will not work to keep you there. The pay is minimal and they don't hand out raises easily. They will drop and replace you with someone cheaper if they think it's necessary, or refuse to give a promotion to avoid paying an increased wage.
