      Pros

      - Unique/innovative/quality architectural products in the industry - felt proud to work for this company because of that. - Really great people to work! - Amazing employee benefits. They seemed to really care about keeping employees engaged and happy! The headquarters has one of the nicest gyms I've ever had access to on the 2nd floor of the office.

      Cons

      - The job was a challenge for me with always feeling like I was rushing from one "deadline" to the next.

      Pros

      The culture is built by its people. They are what make the company a nice place to work at. The product is interesting and the industry allows room for growth. The month celebrations and holidays are nice too.

      Cons

      Unless you've got an insane amount of value to the company, they will not work to keep you there. The pay is minimal and they don't hand out raises easily. They will drop and replace you with someone cheaper if they think it's necessary, or refuse to give a promotion to avoid paying an increased wage.
