People are shouting everywhere...it looks more or like fish market. - Zero effort made to retain any good employee. - Very very very average salary when compared to other standard companies. - Managers always work from home. Hardly you can see manager coming to the office. - Very poor hiring process. - Those people get award only who do the buttering to the management. Many are there.
