Since 3i can't afford very senior people with high price, it's always forwards novice employees to work on high value projects with high stakes. Also since there is no process maintianed, it is more of a like Lala company, you can enjoy good autonomy in your job. So take the learning with you as much as you can.

Grown by aquiring small small comapanies, which made each and every small division( aquired company) work in it's own old fashion, no intregation at all. So every aquired company head first tries to reward his loyal group who was with him in his early days as there is no rotation at all. So good people learn and takes jump, loyal group stays back year after year. No solid HR policy, everything depends on group head's emotion for employee's personal growth.
