Pros

I was lied to by HR of this company. This company charged me over $1100.00 dollars for a rental car, food and gas expenses saying they would reimburse me. I was given zero time to train and was told to close "Phishing attacks" on the customer tickets to "enhance metrics". They refuse to reimburse me. This is an untrustworthy company. I was scammed. 3-6 months is average time until they fire you.

Cons

Oh, no the cons....they have great people working there. It's just no escaping no communication and them taking money from you. They promised me a reimbursement check then will not respond. If you want to work there, be prepared to pay over 1000.00 out of your pocket to start.
