      There are NO good reasons to work directly for 3i People!!

      Cons

      Everything about this place is like a sweat shop. It is as if they were still in India. NO MANAGEMENT, NO TRAINING, THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE ANY COFFEE TO DRINK!! If you do not pay attention, they will steal/keep your commissions!!

      We never had any positions like this in our company. I just want everyone to know that this is a fake review. If we don't have basic management qualities to run our company, then we won't be able to survive in this industry for this long and get into Inc 5000 for five times.

      Flexible timings, work from home and wonderful collegues

      Cons

      Timings, its US timezone hence if you are logging from india you need to work at night

      Pros

      3i People is the type of company that allows you to do your job without micromanaging. Responsive when contacted, and very helpful if/when issues arise.

      Cons

      The autonomy can at times be unsettling to some. It's not necessarily a con, unless you need constant communication.
