      I joined 3I people in 2006 . 3I people provided me a personally and professionally enriching opportunity. My transition was seamless from my previous job.Very professional management and HR team. Never had issues with salary or work visa sponsorship. Great company to work with.

      Flexible timings, work from home and wonderful collegues

      Timings, its US timezone hence if you are logging from india you need to work at night

      Pros

      3i People is the type of company that allows you to do your job without micromanaging. Responsive when contacted, and very helpful if/when issues arise.

      Cons

      The autonomy can at times be unsettling to some. It's not necessarily a con, unless you need constant communication.
