Timings, its US timezone hence if you are logging from india you need to work at night

3i People is the type of company that allows you to do your job without micromanaging. Responsive when contacted, and very helpful if/when issues arise.

The autonomy can at times be unsettling to some. It's not necessarily a con, unless you need constant communication.
