      Pros

      The company sets clear expectations and monitors progress in a collaborative manner. There is a constant thrust to exceed clients' expectations. Management strives to get a clear understanding of the difficulties faced by the team and offers relevant suggestions. Working facilities are excellent.

      Cons

      There is no downside to working here as long as one is diligent, fully focused, pro-active and sincere.

      Flexible timings, work from home and wonderful collegues

      Timings, its US timezone hence if you are logging from india you need to work at night

      3i People is the type of company that allows you to do your job without micromanaging. Responsive when contacted, and very helpful if/when issues arise.

      Cons

      The autonomy can at times be unsettling to some. It's not necessarily a con, unless you need constant communication.
