3i people has several HR team members that are always available, patient and kind. The contract was very straightforward and clear. Since this is a contractor position the benefits are limited, but they explain everything thoroughly. They keep their promises, there has never been any issues with payment. Since everything runs so smoothly, there is really not much communication necessary, but they reach out once in a while to see how everything is going.
