      3i People is the type of company that allows you to do your job without micromanaging. Responsive when contacted, and very helpful if/when issues arise.

      Cons

      The autonomy can at times be unsettling to some. It's not necessarily a con, unless you need constant communication.

      Flexible timings, work from home and wonderful collegues

      Timings, its US timezone hence if you are logging from india you need to work at night

      Pros

      Thorough end-to-end process with interview schedule, salary negotiation, and onboarding to follow-up and off-boarding. Having 401K benefits was a plus!
