Training is horrendous. They tell you that you'll get all training materials but you end up with a notebook. There will be tests with questions pulled straight from a book that you don't have. All of the training material is pulled straight from internet sites and it seems like the instructors are learning the material at the same time as you are! Communication is awful, the internet (what you need to actually learn something) is always down, and they try to save face in front of their clients. If you get a call from these people, don't walk, run away as fast as you can from this "opportunity."
