Pros
My paycheck has not bounced. Most employees are very nice to work with.
Cons
Current ownership group has no experience in the electronics CM industry. It shows in their management hires and budget decisions. Supervisor and engineer positions are often left unfilled. Mandatory OT is a regular occurrence.
