Pros
Pay is decent through a temp agency look to get about 10.50 per hour then depending upon experience that may change a dollar or two And full health benefits when hired
Cons
Communication is lack luster as part of management is diverse and leaves out details sometimes they expect you to proof read they're instructions and give them feed back on what they screwed up on. (Remember to have your work instructions up though)
