There are nice people excluding executive positions.
Cons
You will be underpaid. Promises made but not kept concerning growth within company. Most of the employees are related to each other in some way, whether they are relatives, family of business partners, or close friends. The CEO tries to take advantage of employees not related, and is more concerned with being "flashy" than running a business. There is no employee privacy because everything get around from upper management. Beware.
