Being a company of this magnitude, there should be better structure. As noted in other reviews, upper management adds too many focus items & checklists. They're now "focusing on the basics," which should have been addressed 10 years ago. But, after the basics, they're still worried about franchisees only ordering 4 of the new donuts, instead of 12. Unnecessary conference calls, meetings, & national video calls take away time we could be in stores. The leadership has to understand the customer doesn't care about us having meetings, they want is in stores. Lastly, our maintenance department is the worst I've ever dealt with. You have to send 30 emails, call 10 people, and fight tooth & nail to get things fixed.
