Pros

-free sodas and coffee -met some interesting people

Cons

-Was constantly left to do all the other employees work since they were either sleeping on the job, on their phone, or on hour long smoke breaks. -Coworker was caught by a manager sleeping on the job, and was also reported by other employees that they weren't doing their job. Manager said they would most likely be fired if it continued yet it did and they did nothing about it. -very short staffed. I understand that with the move over to being now corporate owned has messed alot of things up, however I worked nearly every single day on 8 or 9 hour shifts, I didn't get much rest because the job was stressing me out so much. -very unsafe area. The area I originally applied to was not where I ended up. They for some reason sent me an HOUR out from where I live and with the gas prices being so high as they are right now it was alot to be dropped off and picked up in the morning. (Nearly 100$ both ways 2 times. Not worth it mainly why I left) this area was filthy and very unsafe! -A coworker kept flirting with me and making inappropriate comments twoards me even after asking them to stop. When brought to the manager I was told they were probably just joking around with me. It didn't matter if they were it made me uncomfortable and even though I asked them to stop they would not. - there was alot of issues at the store with people just not doing their jobs, people being ignorant to harassment, etc.

Pros

Pay, Schedule Flexibility and Local Teams - That is where the pro's stop

Cons

Upper Management don't seem to have a clue! They do cuts throughout the company every 2 to 3 years just to hire back/hire new people into roles they eliminated 6 months earlier. They say they value people and their concerns but the majority of workers say nothing about the toxic work environment created by Zone Leaders and above in fear of being singled out. They create positions that don't add value to the field and add more and more work onto field staff. Size of areas continually change - first its 10, then 12, then 16, back to 12 and back to 14+ stores. No consistency in there direction, they train you to manage the whirlwind but the problem is...... they create the whirlwind! Upper Management is a do as I say, no questions asked
