Pros
- bonuses when company hits annual income - 50-50 sharing on car plan - happy employees (makulit) - good training specially for beginners (you will learn a lot, and having 711 on your resume is a big deal) - a lot of HR activities (company trainings and outings) - bosses approachable specially the president
Cons
- slow growth (flat organization) - being in the company feels smalltime pa rin although its a very known brand and has lots of stores - small base pay (but is off-setted by bonuses)
