      Family atmosphere, unlimited income potential.

      Cons

      Long Hours-- bare bone staffing in the stores. Hard to really sell when expected to where a lot of different hats.

      Pros

      Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

      Cons

      You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
