      This company is team focused, invests in members of this company, and overall wants employee to succeed in individual and company goals.

      Cons

      Every company can improve. I find it really difficult to provide any constructive criticism, however after much thought we could improve in areas of developing training in new areas/focus of the company in order to further achieve our goals.
