Truss Designer - Truss Designer 84 Lumber Employee Review

Everyone that started out training for this position was laid off. Management refuses to give guidance outside of scheduled training and will blatantly ignore any request for help. No other help will be provided and you are treated like you are incompetent because you have questions. Calling attention to the store by asking upper management about basic requirements of your position will get a target placed on your back, and you will be fired for it. If you plan on calling HR to resolve a problem, you are now considered a problem and will be removed... even if the question is something simple like which holidays does your store work. Don't ask questions, and don't look to improve yourself here.
