      84 Lumber makes a large commitment to training. We teach associates about building materials and how to sell them. Promotional opportunities and compensation are explained when associates are hired. Moving up in the management ranks requires relocation.

      Pros

      Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

      Cons

      You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
