Pros

Decent pay Eligible for a bonus based on certain percentage of your salesman/saleswoman sales Start and end work times may be a little flexible (totally dependent on your manager)

Cons

If you don't have construction background, there is not much training to get you up to speed. You may be left to learn on your own. Some of the sales people you work with can be jerks If you're a woman, you can be talked down upon by the men customers
