      Steady work week, 8 hours a day, no weekends. Fair pay, plus lots of incentives. Bonus money is on the table.

      Cons

      Bonus money is hard to attain.

      Pros

      Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

      Cons

      You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
