      100% promotion from within, all based on how well you perform - not based on seniority unlike a lot of other companies. Earning potential unlimited performance = money. Training program 2nd to none in building supply industry,

      Cons

      Promotion - relocation (most of the time) very difficult for a lot of associates to pack up their families and leave their roots behind.

      Pros

      Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

      Cons

      You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
