Pros

Training program is great. You will learn things at 84 that can jumpstart your career in another field.

Cons

I’m writing this review for the 2nd time since 84 likes to delete negative reviews instead of taking action! You will work long hours at minimum 48hrs a week The company is Not diverse at all. They rarely hire minorities as managers and have discriminative policies in place that stops the promotion of minorities. If you don't make Quota you won't make decent money. The Quota system your bonuses are based on penalizes you for previous year achievements.

Pros

Excellent management, people take an active interest in your long term development in house.

Cons

Inflexible corporate expectations, reform and proposals don't appear to travel far past people you can see.

Pros

Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

Cons

You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
