Pros

well you do get a paycheck, and the PTO, holiday, personal and sick days are generous, however, they DO not roll. The company 401k match is decent too.

Cons

Very low hourly wage. most people are scheduled 48 hours, some 52, but if you take a vacation or day off, etc., you will not be paid your ot for that week, including holidays off. The health insurance they provide charges you approx 40.00 per paycheck if you smoke. They DO NOT pay short or long-term disability. You have to buy your uniforms from their website. Aged and crude technology. NO FACIAL HAIR

Pros

Good benefits, pay is decent. If you work from home FT as a Manager , you can also run your own business while on the clock get paid for it. Who wouldn't want to work there.

Cons

You can work your butt off, put in more hours than you should and get no respect in return.
