      Pros

      Great benefits, decent insurance and 401k. Raises are decent. Great group of people to work with.

      Cons

      Current Associates shouldn't be making less than the new Associates with less experience. Especially when you have to teach them the job. Better chance for advancement and management positions for all associates.
