      Pros

      The hours were pretty decent.

      Cons

      Not a fan of being thrown under the bus by management so they cam save themselves, not enough training, work kept piling on with no additional training, money, or help, was very against overtime and unrealistic expectations.

      Work is entirely reliant on the season.
