Poor management and communication, no future - Merchandiser 99 Ranch Market Employee Review

Overall management is poor, with many individuals in high positions unfit and unqualified. No one cares to take responsibility for problems here - issues are cycled around until someone at the bottom of the chain picks up the work. Communication is poor at best, the offices look very outdated, and there are no opportunities for growth, especially for younger people.
