Extreme favouritism and politics by seniors and management, Lack of new projects in comapany, Just dragging the old projects. If you are on bench then stay alert!!! It might be immediate lay off. Also no one to review your code.

Management was friendly enough and they gave you space to do the projects that were given. If you want to do real coding, this may not be for you; projects are all done in India (for the most part) and you are the projects' coordinator. This is perfect for someone that wants the management position of overseeing a workforce and managing multiple projects at once.

Cons

95% of the work done was outsourced to India so some projects required you to be on Skype until 2am in the morning.
