      Pros

      Used to be good with the last Managing director who is a gentleman. Worked a few years with the white man MD and at least he would welcome feedback and listen to explore possibilities to rectify the issues.

      Cons

      Things have changed for the worse after the new Iady chief of SEA came onboard. She only listens to her own voice and she only want a team who is not a threat to her. She is too busy playing politics then to attend to the important things like how to improve the revenue and operations of the company. She is operating like a one-man show even she has an army of folks working with her, hopeless!!!

      Pros

      I worked on the Content Creation team which is primarily made up of contract employees. Work is remote, but plenty of opportunities to get together in office and meet other people and socialize afterwards. Everyone on the team is great to work with, there are efficient systems in place and it is a well-oiled machine! I've done two contract rounds with them and am looking forward to my next one.

      Cons

      No opportunities to convert from contract to staff. There are a lot of things that aren't available to contract employees that are only available to staff (certain meetings, resources, etc). Contract employees are limited to 18 months, and then are required to take a year off.

      Pros

      Some very nice people; had good benefits although those are being cut back because of financial uncertainty

      Cons

      Fading industry, frequent layoff cycles with hints of more to come, the company is trying to innovate but some divisions are slow to modernize other than throwing around silly talking points at meetings.
