Pros

Nice people in a great atmosphere where you can learn from executives who have been in the business for years, providing you with quality feedback and encouragement to push further.

Cons

No organization, no money and no one wants to work. The structure of the company is terrible providing minimal room for growth as you have no idea what or where you would grow into. General knowledge of the digital age is minimal among executives.

Pros

I worked on the Content Creation team which is primarily made up of contract employees. Work is remote, but plenty of opportunities to get together in office and meet other people and socialize afterwards. Everyone on the team is great to work with, there are efficient systems in place and it is a well-oiled machine! I've done two contract rounds with them and am looking forward to my next one.

Cons

No opportunities to convert from contract to staff. There are a lot of things that aren't available to contract employees that are only available to staff (certain meetings, resources, etc). Contract employees are limited to 18 months, and then are required to take a year off.

Pros

Some very nice people; had good benefits although those are being cut back because of financial uncertainty

Cons

Fading industry, frequent layoff cycles with hints of more to come, the company is trying to innovate but some divisions are slow to modernize other than throwing around silly talking points at meetings.
