- "leaders" lead with fear, have big egos, & play favorites - treated differently if you're a POC - PERFORMATIVE with supporting causes (internally NOT diverse) - work/life balance? Out the door. - Raises are only 2-3% a year - Useless meetings all day EVERY DAY = no time for actual work so you're forced to do it after hours to meet deadlines - overtime work with no overtime pay
