Pros

This company excels in providing a supportive and caring environment for its employees. The leadership team is exemplary, demonstrating a genuine commitment to staff welfare and professional growth. The emphasis on work-life balance is commendable, allowing for both personal and professional fulfillment. Overall, a fantastic place to work where employee well-being is a top priority.

Cons

While the company overall is excellent, there are some areas for improvement. There is a noticeable lack of accountability in certain departments, which can hinder progress. Additionally, some departments are not as forward-thinking, creating bottlenecks that affect other areas of the organization. Addressing these issues would further enhance the company’s performance and employee satisfaction.

Pros

I worked on the Content Creation team which is primarily made up of contract employees. Work is remote, but plenty of opportunities to get together in office and meet other people and socialize afterwards. Everyone on the team is great to work with, there are efficient systems in place and it is a well-oiled machine! I've done two contract rounds with them and am looking forward to my next one.

Cons

No opportunities to convert from contract to staff. There are a lot of things that aren't available to contract employees that are only available to staff (certain meetings, resources, etc). Contract employees are limited to 18 months, and then are required to take a year off.

Pros

Some very nice people; had good benefits although those are being cut back because of financial uncertainty

Cons

Fading industry, frequent layoff cycles with hints of more to come, the company is trying to innovate but some divisions are slow to modernize other than throwing around silly talking points at meetings.
