      Pros

      Great work environment. Cool office. They take great care of their staffed employees. Normal hours, with great work life balance. Hybrid or fully remote work option depending on the position. NYC based preferred, but they hire across the states. The exec team's really reliable and your managers are compassionate and competent. Cool products and brands. Lots of opportunities for growth internally.

      Cons

      Lots of meetings. Their corporate culture's not the easiest to break into, but fair. Once you get a salary you're pretty much locked in and the chance for increased pay is limited. Pretty standard with Media Companies that are still linear and not streaming.

      Pros

      I worked on the Content Creation team which is primarily made up of contract employees. Work is remote, but plenty of opportunities to get together in office and meet other people and socialize afterwards. Everyone on the team is great to work with, there are efficient systems in place and it is a well-oiled machine! I've done two contract rounds with them and am looking forward to my next one.

      Cons

      No opportunities to convert from contract to staff. There are a lot of things that aren't available to contract employees that are only available to staff (certain meetings, resources, etc). Contract employees are limited to 18 months, and then are required to take a year off.

      Pros

      Some very nice people; had good benefits although those are being cut back because of financial uncertainty

      Cons

      Fading industry, frequent layoff cycles with hints of more to come, the company is trying to innovate but some divisions are slow to modernize other than throwing around silly talking points at meetings.
