Pros

Where A+ excels is in developing their employees through internal and external training opportunities. They are also beginning to come around with regard changing rather archaic policies.

Cons

Micromanagement is a huge problem here. If you hate to be micromanaged, this is not the place for you. Issues tend to get a bandaid fix instead of addressing the actual underlying problem. Low salaries compared to Credit Union peers. There is an obsessive focus on things that have no impact on the bottom line.

Pros

Great support system and training to get you started. Great resources and although they hold you back for a while and have to "babysit" you, its for the better until you are fully ready.

Cons

Health insurance price increased and is barely covered by the raise they are giving this year. With the price of inflation you are losing money continuing to work in this position. Bank of America tellers are now earning 25 per hour. Can A+ make this a reality to help cover their employees cost of living? I know many employees who are struggling to survive on this salary, and they even have to work mulitple jobs to keep their family aloat. And are now stuggling more with the health plan increases? That doesn't seem like it should be the case.
