Pros

The entire establishment is very welcoming and kind to both employees and customers/members. Learning about banking was very insightful for me as a High School student. The employee team was always there to help.

Cons

It took a very long time to hear back when applied. I expected to start during the summer but only heard right before school started.

Great support system and training to get you started. Great resources and although they hold you back for a while and have to "babysit" you, its for the better until you are fully ready.

Cons

Health insurance price increased and is barely covered by the raise they are giving this year. With the price of inflation you are losing money continuing to work in this position. Bank of America tellers are now earning 25 per hour. Can A+ make this a reality to help cover their employees cost of living? I know many employees who are struggling to survive on this salary, and they even have to work mulitple jobs to keep their family aloat. And are now stuggling more with the health plan increases? That doesn't seem like it should be the case.
