Pros

Flexible with scheduling, management is pretty nice. Very laid back atmosphere

Cons

Some of the expectations when on the phone with a customer are unrealistic. They strive on "excellent customer service" which I understand is needed for any successful business, but some times they let their employees be downright degraded so they can make a fast buck. they are EXTREMELY over priced!!!! which made justifying customer complaints pretty hard.

Pros

Good management, high pay, benefits available also. They give you a truck and uniforms. I asked a lot of questions about the job and the company with recruiter and the manager. All my questions were answered, honestly. I have not had any surprises while working here, which is a big surprise from other places I worked.

Cons

Some guys have computers to do their paper work on line, I still use paper.

Pros

The pay is decent, but other than that in my experience there was nothing good about working there.

Cons

Management treats their employees horribly and are extremely disrespectful. The managers are also more concerned about employees personal situations and relationships than they are about how well they so their job. So basically you can sit there and not do your job while everyone around you works as long as you give them your sob story about how rough your life is. They also expect their employees to work like slaves and sacrifice time away from their friends and family. There are somewhere near 500 people that work for this company and it always seems to be that the same handful of employees are repeatedly getting screwed, but hey if you would to work for a company that treats you like a piece of garbage, this is the place for you! Also, don't bother going to HR with any issues or concerns. They are virtually useless and do not address anything you tell them.
