The phones did not work, dropped calls all the time. The computer software failed consistently and we were promised it would be fixed, never fixed. The executive team NEVER took responsibility for their failures. They executive team considered the communities their customers because they were the ones paying, priority was not the families. The did NOT have a streamlined process to contact the families so it became what I would call, harassment.
