Do NOT work here!! Run!! - Manager A Place for Mom Employee Review

Executive leadership is destroying the company. They brought on a new CSO 2 years ago who has no idea what he is doing and talked them into a new structure that is ruining the company and their credibility in the industry and with their communities we work with. Sad part is upper management could care less and the CEO just lays people off when she cannot hit her targets for the board. This used to be a good company to work for but now it is just sad to see how these two folks are destroying who we used to be. No job security and everyone is afraid they are going to lose their job. Lots of folks looking for other jobs including me!!!
